Wake Up Calls & Deciding Moments

July 2, 2016

R4200

Practice developing contextual awareness. Discern next steps when circumstances are ambiguous.

We ‘manage’ the complexity of our lives running on habit most of the time. We’re ‘sleep walking’ as we go about our day, unaware of historic reactions and automatic tendencies. Although we are creatures of habit, we can also interrupt the automatic circuit. As we practice being our own inner alarm – what are the wake-up calls that break the habitual circuit and offer a deciding moment, a conscious choice? How do we practice increasing the moments before we automatically hit the “proverbial snooze button”?

Which life choices are you currently working through?

You may also be holding the space for others as they make their personal choices?

The Enneagram is a universal tool for inquiry which can helps us appreciate, sense into and respond to the rich complexity of our inner & outer experience. Remembering who we are, when we are not running on autopilot, can make pouring a cup of good tea, a delicious experience. And for the greater challenges that present themselves, deciding moments can make stepping into the unknown a joyful, curious and supported experience.

EARLY BIRD RATE AVAILABLE FOR REGISTRATIONS BEFORE 30 APRIL.
