• Build greater emotional resilience to everyday challenges
• Manage the myriad personality dynamics of any situation with confidence

About the Workshop
This workshop combines three powerful insight-provoking tools to help you build emotional intelligence skills.
• The Enneagram – an ancient system providing modern psychological insights into personality growth opportunities
• Social Styles – a psychometric instrument to aid understanding of how people relate to each other
• HeartMath – techniques and technology to understand stress and the related physiological impacts and how to mitigate

About the tools
The Enneagram. The multifunctional psychological system of the Enneagram is rooted in ancient wisdom. Working within a framework of 9 basic personality types, it provides a process for individuals to identify growth opportunities within the parameters of their defined personality traits. The same process can be applied to reveal innovation and growth opportunities for organisations.

Learning outcomes are:
• Understanding of what the Enneagram is
• How to use the Enneagram system
• Identify your Enneagram personality style
• Understand how the nine different personality types view the world and react to it

Social Styles. This psychometric instrument is an aid to identifying and understanding how individuals act, think and make decisions. The Social Styles model defines 4 categories of observable behaviour that can help you understand your own social style, recognise the style preferences of those around you and navigate the best path to developing a positive, productive relationship.

Learning outcomes are:
• Identify your own Social Style and the Social Style of others
• Improve Relationships using versatility to adjust communication style
• Reduce conflict and tension in relationships

HeartMath. We can choose how we respond to a stressor. HeartMath techniques and technology provide insights into coping with stress. Here, we will discuss ways to build emotional resilience and coherence, and find positive ways to handle negative stress.

Learning outcomes are:
• The neuroscience basics behind managing stress
• Learning how to influence personal physiology
